How to pay your rent
Your rent is due weekly in advance.
You can pay your rent:
-by cheque
-through Lloyds Bank
-by standing order
If you are having any difficulties paying your rent you should contact Michelle Powell at Symonds & Sampson immediately.
Michelle can offer help and advice but paying the rent is your responsibility.

If you fail to pay your rent you risk losing your home.

If you think you may be entitled to help with your rent payments you should contact Dorset Council to make a claim for housing benefit.
If you need other information on rents, service charges or housing benefit, please contact Michelle.
