As a landlord, the Society is responsible for keeping the rented homes in good repair . This includes works to:

  • The structure;
  • Doors & windows;
  • Fixtures and fittings provided by the Society;
  • Electricity, gas & water supplies;
  • Drainage;
  • Central heating systems supplied by the Society;
  • Glazing;
  • Communal areas of estates.
