Improvements and alterations

Tenants may carry out improvements to their homes provided that they have the written permission of the managing agent.  If you plan to carry out an alteration, please send full details in writing of your proposal to:

You may be required to alter your proposals or additional requirements may be imposed before permission is granted. 

If permission is refused you may appeal through the formal complaints process.

It is your responsibility to find out if Planning permission and Building Regulations approval are needed.  If your request is granted, you will have to apply for any permissions and give copies of the approval to Michelle.
